Commercial Servicer is designed to support any type of multiple family, major real estate, business, income property, or construction loan.

You can easily process loans such as an amortizing fixed rate, adjustable, or an interest-only tied to an index. Loan repayment terms can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual. Interest rate calculations can be based on 30/360, 30/365, actual days/360, actual days/365, and a leap year formula can be implemented. Deferred interest calculations based on independent accrual and collection rates are available for your most complicated workouts on non-performing loans.
