Access to individual loans is a snap with the LoanTree. Designed with a look
and feel similar to Microsoft Explorer®, each loan is displayed
in a tree, with items such as loan details, borrowers, taxes and insurance,
closing costs, underwriting, secondary marketing, documents, and tracking
contained in its own folder, easily accessible with point and click.
Document
BundlesTM
The FICS Document Bundle system is the feature you've been waiting for. Documents
are "tied" together in bundles. Because you will have an unlimited number
of bundles available, you can establish bundles for origination, processing,
underwriting, closing, post-closing, delivery, or whatever you see fit. The
bundles can be assigned to loan plans and to specific loans. So the next time
your closing agent needs closing documents quickly, or a change affects multiple
documents, make the change, select the bundle and print!
Address
Book
Never type an address more than once! With Loan Producer, names, addresses,
and contacts for your most commonly used appraisers, banking institutions,
inspectors, real estate agents, insurance agents, insurance companies, taxing
authorities and more, are all kept in the handy address book. Just point and
click, and all of the necessary information is inserted in the areas you specify.
Memos
For those times when a reminder is necessary, the memo feature is designed
to give you the freedom to establish your own tickler file of pending events
or due dates. Simply point, click, and fill in your reminder. Your memo will
automatically appear when you log in on the date specified. With the memo
system, you'll never again have to rely on your memory, or your personal organizer.
Document
Creation
Loan Producer for Windows has been created with VMP's I-32®
Design and Document Definition software integrated right into the system.
Standard VMP documents are accessible and custom documents are created through
point and click. Gone are the days of defining custom documents with rulers
or grids and unrecognizable field numbers or abbreviations. With Loan Producer,
custom document creation is easy, placing information from screens into your
custom documents, precisely where you want them. Once your custom document
is created, it resides in the system with the standard documents, ready to
use again when you need it. It can be placed in one or more bundles or left
alone as a single document. And with WYSIWYG, custom documents are a snap:
"What you see is what you get!"
Seamless
Loan Production
Loan data flows from prequalification, to origination, to processing, to underwriting
and to closing, so once you've entered data, you will never enter it again.
Once the loan is closed, the data is also transferable to the well known FICS
Mortgage Servicer system. Seamless data management creates maximum
accuracy and efficiency.
