This ensures your borrowers receive the excellent customer service they expect by delivering on-line real time mortgage loan information to them when they request it. There is no need to wait for overnight posting through batch processing. Tellers can answer inquiry questions including current balances, past payment questions, year to date totals, etc... and print an updated receipt immediately to give to the borrower. At the end of the teller's shift a summary of accepted payments can be printed for balancing purposes.
